Anna Grzymała is an Advocate specialising in comprehensive legal services for entities operating in the real estate market, in particular in the commercial real estate sector, construction projects and business activities. She has practised as an Advocate since 2016, having completed her advocate training with the Warsaw Bar Association. For many years, she has advised investors, property owners, companies and entrepreneurs on matters related to real estate transactions, investment processes, the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements, as well as court and administrative disputes.

Her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, including asset deal and share deal transactions, greenfield projects, real estate due diligence, as well as the preparation and negotiation of documentation concerning sale, lease, tenancy, easements and contractual security arrangements. She has extensive experience in advising on shopping centres, retail parks, office buildings and investment land, including the preparation, review and negotiation of lease agreements and the ongoing legal support of landlords.

In the area of construction and commercial law, she supports clients in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts, agreements with general contractors and subcontractors, as well as other agreements related to the implementation of investment projects and the day-to-day operations of businesses. She also provides ongoing contractual and corporate support to companies.

She represents clients before common courts, administrative authorities and arbitration tribunals, handling commercial, real estate, enforcement and investment disputes.
