Attorney-at-law, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin [PL: Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II]. She has many years of successful practice in matters of civil, economic and administrative law. She provides comprehensive legal services in the field of real estate legal status analysis (due diligence) and prepares legal as well as expert opinions, especially in the field of real estate legal status regulation, including the validity and legal possibilities of pursuing claims in real estate disputes. What is more, she also specializes in contract law, including transactions related to the sale or purchase of real estate and in contracts with construction works’ general contractor.

She gained her professional experience working in law firms specializing in ongoing legal services for enterprises as well as in a property developer in terms of issues related to the investment process. She advised Clients on every aspect related to real estate, including the preparation of contracts, restructuring and litigation. In her professional practice, she has represented numerous entities in both administrative and court and administrative proceedings as well as before common courts in civil and commercial cases.
