ATTORNEY-AT-LAW

Attorney-at-law, PhD in Law. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University with a degree in Law. He also graduated from Cracow University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He completed the American Law Program at the Jagiellonian University. His research interests include property law, particularly mortgages and land and mortgage registers. He is the author of the monographs: ” Influence of division of real property on a mortgage on a share in co-ownership” (Warsaw 2016) and “Disclosure of personal rights and claims in a land and mortgage register” (Warsaw 2024). He teaches in the postgraduate program in real estate law at Jagiellonian University.

He conducts legal due diligence on real estates and deals with regulating the legal status of real estates. He specializes in litigation involving property law, including cases concerning acquisitive prescription, protection of ownership, easements, compensation for non-contractual use of real estate and settlements of expenses incurred. He advises on commercial matters, including disputes between investors, general contractors, and subcontractors. He has experience providing legal support for the investment process. He drafts and reviews agreements regarding the sale of real estate, reservation agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, design contracts and subcontractor agreements. He provides legal services in proceedings for the establishment of development and land use conditions, as well as during planning procedures.
