Partner, advocate, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the Jagiellonian University [PL: Uniwersytet Jagielloński]. She completed post-graduate studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (PL: SGH), the Institute of Political Economy, Law and Economic Policy, in the field of investment and construction process. Not only that, but for many years she has been advising the largest developers and investment funds in the real estate sector, handling the broadly understood investment and construction process and specializing in real estate law issues. She conducts due diligence assessments of the legal status of real estate and prepares legal and expert opinions, especially in terms of real estate management and regulation of the legal status of real estate, including the validity and legal possibilities of pursuing judicial claims in real estate disputes. She also specializes in contract law, including handling transactions relating to the sale or purchase of real estate, contracts concluded during the investment proceeding (especially contracts for construction works with a general contractor), contracts for design work, and the so-called participation contracts regarding the implementation of public investments such as road investments by private entities. Furthermore, she has wide experience with conducting reprivatization proceedings regarding the so-called Warsaw land.

She holds the professional title of mediator. She is entered on the list of permanent mediators of the Mediation Centre of the Polish Bar Council [PL: Centrum Mediacji przy Naczelnej Radzie Adwokackiej] and the Mediation Center of the Bar Association in Warsaw [PL: Centrum Mediacji Izby Adwokackiej w Warszawie]. She conducts economic, civil and administrative mediation. Likewise, she has extensive knowledge in conducting negotiations, also supported by theoretical knowledge obtained during her specialization in contemporary diplomacy at the INPiSM.

She gained her professional experience working among others in the Warsaw offices of international tax advisory companies and the law firm specializing in ongoing legal services for enterprises, as well as in real estate law. She advised both Polish and international Clients in every aspect related to real estate, including the preparation of contracts, real estate division, land development conditions, restructuring and litigation. Furthermore, she also has wide experience in cooperation with public entities. As a legal representative during her professional placement, she represented numerous entities in administrative and administrative- court proceedings regarding real estate as well as before common courts in civil and commercial cases. She advised large institutional investors, investment funds and other entities such as: Echo Investment, Skanska Property Poland, Skanska Residential Development Poland, HB Reavis, Capital Park, Griffin Real Estate, GTC, Yareal, Ghelamco. Moreover, she coordinated the teams of lawyers’ work on the largest investment projects, including Browary Warszawskie, Varso, Spark, Pawilon Emilia, Centrum Południe, Generation Park, Fabryka Norblina, Jaśminowy Mokotów, Neopark Mokotów, Towarowa 22, Osiedle Mickiewicza, Holm House, Stacja Wola. She actively participated in legal services related to the purchase of Stocznia Gdańsk S.A. stocks and GSG Towers sp.z o.o. shares by SPV Operator sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary company of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.). She conducted real estate due diligence and actively supported in the real estate acquisition transaction process, e.g. Griffin Real Estate, Matexi Polska, Puro Hotels. The author of a number of articles and commentaries, including those published in Rzeczpospolita.
