Lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw [PL: Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego] and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences [PL: Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie] in the field of spatial economy. She gained her professional experience in architectural and construction administration bodies, being responsible for issuing building permit decisions and permits for road investments.
She specializes in servicing the broadly understood investment and construction process, with particular emphasis on administrative proceedings regarding planning processes, establishing building conditions and land development, issuing building permits and investments carried out on the basis of the so-called special infrastructure acts. She advises developers, investment funds and private investors at the stage of investments planning and preparation, including the verification of project documentation and preparation of legal opinions. She participates in real estate legal status due diligence, including the verification of their investment potential and assessment of validity for a specific investment project.
She has advised on a number of large investment projects implemented by, among others Robyg, Nexity, Golub GetHouse, Echo Investment, Matexi Poland, especially in procedures preceding the implementation of Postępu Apartments, Soho 18, My Bemowo, Osiedle Życzliwa Praga, High5ive, Żeromskiego 17. She developed legal opinions on various aspects of investment implementation, among others for Fabryka Wedla and Nowa Emilia.
