Attorney-at-law, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław [PL: Uniwersytet Wrocławski].

Bartosz gained his professional experience in local government administration as the head of the Real Estate Management Department, where he dealt with issues related to administrative and legal aspects of properties’ trading and management. He specialised in cases related to the restitution of expropriated property in particular, actively participating in proceedings concerning plots of land at Stadium in Wrocław [PL: Stadion Miejski we Wrocłwiu] and at Copernicus Airport Wrocław [PL: Port Lotniczy we Wrocławiu im. Mikołaja Kopernika]. He represented the State Treasury [PL: Skarb Państwa] in administrative and court proceedings concerning real estate matters. He has been dealing with the area of real estate law for 10 years.

He advises investment funds, developers and private investors at all stages of the investment and construction process. He participates in the due diligence of real estate, verifying their status, existing risks and investment potential. He prepares legal opinions regarding rules for the interpretation of local spatial development plans, procedural issues regarding real estate in administrative proceedings conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure [PL: Kodeks postępowania administracyjnego].

The author of the monograph entitled ‘Tryb zwrotu wywłaszczonych nieruchomości’ (C.H. Beck 2019). The author and co-author of articles published in the following magazines: Nieruchomości (C.H. Beck), Samorząd Terytorialny (Wolters Kluwer), Nowe Zeszyty Samorządowe. Opinie Prawne (Profil Publishing House), Radca Prawny w Administracji (PRESSCOM).
