Advocate trainee, graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Lazarski University in Warsaw. Philosophy student at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the University of Warsaw.
He gained his professional experience in the field of real estate law in both the public and private sectors. He worked in government administration bodies in the real estate department, where he dealt mainly with cases related to compensation for real estate expropriated in order to implement road investments, and in the supervision and control department, where he was responsible, among others, for checking the correctness of administrative proceedings carried out by local government units as part of tasks commissioned from the scope of government administration. He also worked in local government administration units in real estate management departments, where he dealt with issues related to administrative and legal aspects of real estate management. He specialized, inter alia, in proceedings concerning the exclusion of agricultural land from agricultural production and the transformation of the right of perpetual usufruct of real estate into the ownership of land developed for residential purposes.
Furthermore, he also gained experience in law firms, where he dealt with, among others, handling real estate transactions, commercial premises lease contracts, servicing housing cooperatives in the field of residential issues and ongoing support for development companies. He also provided services to local government units in the field of tax on goods and services.
