Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin. She also completed postgraduate studies in Public Procurement at the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained her professional experience in government administration bodies – in the field of construction supervision (Provincial Inspectorate of Building Supervision in Warsaw), where she dealt mainly with issues related to unauthorized construction. She also has experience working in an architectural and construction administration body (Mazovian Voivodeship Office) where she was responsible for preparing and issuing decisions in appeal and extraordinary proceedings conducted with regard to building permits. She has also dealt with issues related to public procurement, financial corrections and public finances, including the recovery of misused funds under programmes financed from European Funds. From 2019 to 2023, she provided legal services to one of the departments of the City Hall of Warsaw. She specializes in broadly understood administrative law, with particular emphasis on environmental law, zoning and construction law. She advises in proceedings relating to the issuance of building permits, prepares legal opinions in the field of public procurement, planning and zoning, construction law and administrative proceedings. She provides comprehensive services to public entities, as well as represents private entities in proceedings before public administration bodies at all levels and before administrative courts.
